I have some database files with .dbf from dBase and I want to transfer data from the .dbf files to Microsoft SQL database (2000). Can someone help me with that? Thanks. You can use Other ODBC Data Source and select dBASE Files.|||rdjabarov, can you give me more details for that? Thanks.|||When I did the way you told me, I got the following error message:
Error Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers
rror Description: [Microsoft][ODBC dBase Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'users'. Make sure the object exisits and thet you spell its name and the path name correctly.
Context: Error calling GetColumnInfo. Your provider does not support all the interfaces/method required by DTS
What should I do with that error message? Thanks.|||I am not surewhy you got the error. You need to confirm that the version of dBASE that was used to create tables is supported by the ODBC Driver for dBASE. Another way to do it would be to open an Access database, import dBASE tables into it, and then use DTS to import tables from Access db.
